These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Atlas Care website at www.atlascare.us and any related services provided by Atlas Labs LLC (“Atlas Care,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the site or contacting us.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Atlas Care website, submitting a form, requesting a discovery call, exchanging messages with our team, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.
2. Description of Services
Atlas Care provides virtual operations support for home care agencies, including scheduling, billing, credentialing, EVV compliance, caregiver coordination, and related back-office services. Information on this site is provided for general informational and sales purposes. The specifics of any engagement — including scope, pricing, term, confidentiality, and HIPAA obligations — are governed by a separate signed service agreement between Atlas Care and the agency.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the home care agency you represent in order to use this site, request services, or enter into an agreement with Atlas Care. By using the site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the site or services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect content or data from the site by automated means without our prior written consent.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the services without our prior written permission.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or transmit malicious code.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, page layouts, and software — is owned by Atlas Care or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own internal, non-commercial reference, but you may not otherwise copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The site and any information provided through it are made available on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas Care disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atlas Care and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100). Liability under any signed service agreement is governed by the terms of that agreement.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. Your continued use of the site after any update constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

SMS Program Terms
The following terms apply specifically to the Atlas Care SMS (text message) program. By opting in to receive text messages from Atlas Care, you agree to these SMS Program Terms in addition to the general Terms above.

2. Program Description
Atlas Care sends SMS messages to home care agency owners and operators who have opted in via the get-started form at atlascare.us/get-started or by affirmatively requesting SMS contact during an email conversation. Messages include discovery call reminders and confirmations, trial-access link delivery, and brief sales-conversation follow-ups.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
4. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies, typically 1–4 messages per month.

6. Opt-Out and Help Instructions
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
