We do not staff blind. Every Atlas Care Assistant is home-care trained, HIPAA-certified, and screened against the role you actually need. We over-train on the front end so we rarely have to replace on the back end. But if we do, that is on us, not you.

If an Atlas Care Assistant is not the right fit inside the first 30 days, whether it is personality, pace, or software experience, we replace them at no cost and absorb the onboarding ramp ourselves. And if we have not taken real work off your plate that first month, you do not pay for it.

What does the 30-day fit guarantee cover?

If your home care virtual assistant is not the right fit in the first 30 days for any reason, we replace them at no additional cost and cover the onboarding ramp for the replacement. And if we have not taken real work off your plate in that first month, you do not pay for it. After 30 days, replacements are still free. We just give the match a fair shot first, because most early friction is onboarding, not fit.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. Atlas Care is month-to-month. You can adjust or pause roles as your needs change. There is no long-term commitment required to get started.

How do you protect client data?

Every Atlas Care Assistant is HIPAA-trained and operates under a signed BAA, using encrypted communication and role-based access to only the systems they need. These are the same safeguards you would put around in-house staff.
