Atlas Care (“Atlas Care,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a United States–based virtual operations service for home care agencies. We provide scheduling, billing, credentialing, EVV compliance, and day-to-day operations support. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at www.atlascare.us and through related communications.

Information you provide

When you fill out our get-started form, contact us, or book a discovery call, we collect information you choose to share, including:

• Your name
• Email address
• Phone number (mobile or landline)
• Company or agency name
• How you heard about us
• Free-text notes, questions, or background you provide on the form or during discovery calls

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website we collect standard web analytics information, including IP address, approximate location, browser type and version, device type, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to collect this information through cookies and similar technologies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and schedule discovery calls
• Send SMS and email messages you have consented to, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and onboarding communications
• Provide, operate, and improve our website and services
• Understand how visitors use our site so we can make it more useful
• Comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse

When you submit a phone number through our get-started form and opt in to text messages, we use that number only to send messages of the type and frequency you consented to. You can expect approximately 1–4 messages per month, related to your inquiry, your discovery call, and onboarding.

Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and you can reply HELP for assistance. You can also email hello@atlascare.us to be removed from SMS communications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate our business, and only to the extent they need it to perform their work for us. These include:

• Google Workspace — email, calendar, and document storage
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics
• Twilio — SMS message delivery
• Our customer relationship management (CRM) system — storing inquiries and managing follow-ups
• Email and meeting tools — scheduling and sending discovery-call invitations and confirmations

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Atlas Care, our customers, or others.

You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You can also ask us to stop using your information for specific purposes, such as marketing emails or SMS.

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@atlascare.us with your request. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

We keep your information for as long as it is necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiries, maintain our business relationship, and comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. You may request deletion of your information at any time by emailing hello@atlascare.us.

Our website and services are intended for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; however, we work to limit access to your information to the people and systems that need it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
